Use of the App
chroma.scan lets you create color palettes from photos, view color information, and export palette images. You are responsible for the photos and content you choose to import, capture, save, or share.
You agree not to use chroma.scan in a way that violates applicable laws, infringes someone else's rights, or interferes with the app's operation.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and palette exports you create with chroma.scan. The app processes photos locally on your device and does not claim ownership of your content.
If you share an export to another app or service, that service's terms and policies apply to your use of that service.
Intellectual Property
chroma.scan, including its design, branding, app interface, and software, is owned by the app developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
No Warranty
chroma.scan is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Color names, palette percentages, and color analysis results are approximate and may vary based on the image, lighting, device display, and export format.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of chroma.scan.
Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded chroma.scan from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
